She utilizes both therapy and life coaching in her practice. As a counsellor, she will help you to heal and process traumas, build self-esteem, regulate emotions and develop self-compassion. As a coach, she will set you on a path of personal growth. Focused on results, she will customize the treatment adjusting the approach as needed.

Originally from Russia, she immigrated to Canada over 20 years ago and has fully embraced Canadian values and lifestyle. She obtained Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC and received her Life Coaching Diploma.

In the past, Tatiana has faced her own traumas, battled low self-esteem, and made poor relationship choices. Learning from these experiences allows her to help others build confidence, heal traumas and grow as a person. She finds fulfillment in sharing her journey and supporting others to become more confident, authentic self.
